14 days cooling-off period excluding CUSTOMIZATION Orders We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return it within 14 days. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us, as long as the item is undamaged, complete and in its original packaging. Customization, print, sticker, production work, glass or wrap film, cut to size, unfortunately cannot be returned.
